Karen Abel, Sue Gustaf-Hamilton, Laura Viola Preciado
Three talented Whidbey Island artists will be featured at Museo for the month of May. Our lovely island is seen through their different perspectives: Sue Gustaf Hamilton’s playful landscapes, Laura Viola Preciado’s lively abstract paintings and Karen Abel’s terrain based ceramic sculptures. This show is our homage to the beauty of our scenery, as well as to our local artists.
Opening May 1st and running through May 31st; the artists will be in attendance from 3-5pm on Saturday, May 1 - masks are required, doors will be open, and social distancing will be requested.
Museo is open Wednesday through Monday. We are always available by appointment for a private viewing.
In June Museo is proud to feature two exceptional painters: Faith Scott Jessup and Marlise Newman. Both artists work with the natural world, reimagining its beautiful elements with mystery and elegance.
