Original mixed media map painting with a vintage map layered subtly under the painting. Each map show different locations on Whidbey Island in Washington. Has a thick, waxy texture and is mounted on top a simple, handmade wood frame. The paintings began with a map on a wood panel and is covered with acrylic medium, oil paint and ink.
